At Wellful, we believe that well-being comes first. We also believe that mental health is more than just the absence of distress. True well-being is built on balance, resilience, and the ability to thrive in your own individual way. Every detail of our practice is designed with this vision in mind.

Our Approach to therapy:
Active and positive
We don’t believe in toxic positivity, but we do believe in empowering our clients to find their happiness, as well as a strong balance between listening and actually implementing change. A solutions-focused approach that incorporates tools, experiential exercises, and experiments between sessions helps our clients build momentum and deepen their progress.
Slow and sensitive
We believe in the power of slowing down, as well as helping clients identify and honor their unique strengths and individual needs. We are proudly BIPOC, LGPTQ+, neurodiversity and HSP-affirming, and make environment and sensory-sensitivity a priority in our space.
Nerdy about neuroscience and holistic techniques
We believe in therapy that goes beyond just talk. We understand the critical connections between the mind, body and nervous system, and aim to integrate evidence-based approaches such as mindfulness and somatic techniques that help clients solidify change and promote holistic health across the board.
